Return Conditions

You can request a return of the product within 7 days of receiving the order, in accordance with the consumer protection regulations in effect in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia.

To be eligible for a return:

  • It must be unused and unopened and in its original packaging
  • It must be in the same condition it was received
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) must be provided

For health and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded.

  • All electrical products from Soladey ME are covered by a limited warranty of one year from the date of purchase.
